ENTRY OF DISMISSAL {¶ 1} On February 2, 2007, plaintiff, Hall, filed a form complaint but failed to name a defendant, submit the filing fee or a poverty statement. On February 5, 2007, this court issued a pre-screening entry requiring plaintiff to submit an amended complaint which names a state department, board, office, commission, agency, institution, or other state instrumentality on or before March 7, 2007, or face dismissal of his case. On February 5, 2007, the court also issued a notice to pay filing fee. Plaintiff was required to submit the filing fee or a poverty statement on or before March 7, 2007, or face dismissal of his case.

{¶ 2} On February 23, 2007, plaintiff filed an amended complaint, but again failed to name a state instrumentality as defendant. Plaintiff also failed to submit the filing fee or a poverty statement. Accordingly, plaintiffs case is DISMISSED without prejudice for failure to follow this court’s entries. The court shall absorb the court costs of this case.
