MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULINGS
Public Utilities Commission, Nos. 07-589-GA-AIR, 07-590-GA-ALT, and 07-591-GA-AAM. This cause is pending before the court as an appeal from the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio. Upon consideration of the joint motion of the Office of the Ohio Consumers’ Counsel and Ohio Partners for Affordable Energy to consolidate this case with case no. 2009-0314,

It is ordered by the court that the motion is granted. It is further ordered that oral argument in both cases shall proceed on Wednesday, September 16, 2009, and the parties shall share the allotted time.

O’Donnell, J., would extend oral argument to 20 minutes per side.
