On March 18, 2009, the Supreme Court issued an order suspending an attorney for noncompliance with Gov.Bar R. VI. This rule requires attorneys to file a Certificate of Registration and pay applicable fees within thirty days of admission to the practice law. Attorneys who fail to file the Certificate of Registration on or before the due date but who pay within ninety days of the deadline are assessed a late fee. Attorneys who fail to file a Certificate of Registration timely or within the late registration period are suspended from the practice of law.
