MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULINGS
On appellants’ motion to stay trial court judgment and appellee’s motion to set bond as to appellant Adams only. Motion to require bond as to appellant Adams is granted. Motion to stay trial court judgment is granted as to appellant Flaherty and is granted as to appellant Adams subject to the posting of bond of $64,000 with the Lake County Probate Court.
