MISCELLANEOUS ORDERS ORDER
On January 9, 2009, the Commission on Continuing Legal Education (“commission”) imposed sanctions against certain attorneys, including the above-named respondent, for failure to comply with the applicable continuing legal education provisions of Gov.Bar R. X for the 2006/2007 reporting period.

It has now come to the commission’s attention that the respondent is deceased. Upon consideration thereof,

It is ordered by the commission that the sanction issued against the above-named respondent be, and hereby is vacated.
