DISCIPLINARY CASE
On October 13, 2011, this court imposed an interim suspension upon conviction of a felony upon respondent, Kenneth Kelly McElroy. On October 17, 2011, respondent filed a motion to dissolve and/or modify the October 13, 2011, order. The Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association filed a response opposing respondent’s motion.
Upon consideration thereof, it is ordered by this court that respondent’s motion is denied.
