It is ordered by this court, sua sponte, that Cynthia Darlene Smith, Attorney Registration No. 0023694, last known business address in Cleveland, Ohio, is found in contempt for failure to comply with this court’s order of October 23, 2007, to wit: failure to surrender her Certificate of Admission and file an affidavit of compliance on or before November 26, 2007, and failure to pay publication costs in the amount of $488.92 on or before August 19, 2008.
