“Whether a trial court has the authority to tax costs under R.C. 5321.16 which were incurred at the appellate level.”
Pfeifer and O’Donnell, JJ., dissent.
The conflict case is Breault v. Williamsburg Estates (Nov. 21, 1986), Lucas App. No. L-86-116.
