On motion to take judicial notice or, in the alternative, to supplement the record. Motion is granted. The court takes judicial notice of the specified filings in the underlying criminal case.

In addition, whereas the court finds that supplemental briefing is necessary, it is ordered that the parties brief the issue of the impact of the dismissal of the underlying criminal cases see State v. Cafaro, Mahoning C.P. Case Nos. 2010 CR 800 (and A-I), on relator’s mandamus claim. Relator shall file his supplemental brief within 20 days of this order, and respondents shall file their supplemental brief within 20 days of the filing of relator’s supplemental brief.
