In Mandamus and Prohibition. This cause originated in this Court on the filing of a complaint for writs of mandamus and prohibition. Upon consideration of the parties’ briefs and evidence filed on October 7, 2003,
IT IS ORDERED by the Court that a writ of mandamus be, and hereby is, granted to compel Judge Pontious to permit WBNS to videotape the criminal trial in accordance with the limitations and restrictions specified in Sup.R. 12 unless evidence is introduced supporting denial.
