MERIT DOCKET Wednesday, October 18, 1989 88-827. Concerned Citizens of Lake Cty. v. Pub. Util. Comm. Public Utilities Commission, No. 85-521-EL-COI. On September 20, 1989, this court dismissed case No. 89-892, Concerned Citizens of Lake Cty. v. Pub. Util. Comm., and ordered that Concerned Citizens of Lake Cty. et al. show cause why that dismissal should not render moot this case, case No. 88-827. An entry so ordering was appropriately issued in case No. 89-892.
It appearing to the court that through inadvertance an entry was not issued in case No. 88-827, it is now ordered by the court that the following entry be entered nunc pro tunc upon the journal in case No. 88-827, effective October 12, 1989:
“IT IS ORDERED by the court that Concerned Citizens of Lake Cty. et al. are hereby required to show cause why dismissal of Supreme Court case No. 89-892 should not render moot Supreme Court case No. 88-827.
“It is further ordered by the court that objections to the dismissal of Supreme Court case No. 88-827, together with a brief in support thereof, shall be due on or before October 20, 1989. Responsive briefs, if any, shall be due on or before November 9, 1989. In no objections and brief in support thereof are filed within the prescribed time, an order shall be entered dismissing Supreme Court case No. 88-827.”
88-1065. Senior Citizens Coalition v. Pub. Util. Comm. Public Utilities Commission, No. 86-2025-EL-AIR. On September 20, 1989, this court dismissed case No. 89-892, Concerned Citizens of Lake Cty. v. Pub. Util. Comm., and ordered that Senior Citizens Coalition et al. show cause why that dismissal should not render moot this case, case No. 88-1065. An entry so ordering was appropriately issued in case No. 89-892.
