This cause came on for further consideration of respondents’ motions to clarify. Upon consideration thereof, IT IS ORDERED by the court that said motions to clarify be, and the same are hereby, granted, effective January 30, 1991.
The issues in this cause have been rendered moot by virtue of this court’s entry of November 30, 1990. It is therefore ordered sua sponte, that this cause is dismissed.
