In Mandamus. This cause originated in this court on the filing of a complaint for a writ of mandamus and was considered in a manner prescribed by law. Upon consideration of relator’s request to dismiss the Mahoning Valley Sanitary District Court of Jurisdiction from this proceeding, respondent Petro’s motion to consolidate this cause with Supreme Court case No. 97-1893, and relator’s request for attorney fees,

IT IS ORDERED by the court that the request to dismiss, motion to consolidate, and request for attorney fees be, and hereby are, granted.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED by the court that the writ of mandamus be, and hereby is, granted, consistent with the opinion rendered herein.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED by the court that relator file a bill and documentation in support of its request for attorney fees, in accordance with DR 2-106, within twenty days of the date of this entry.
