Trumbull App. No. 2002-T-0066. This cause is pending before the court as an appeal from the Court of Appeals for Trumbull County. On August 8, 2003, appellants filed a notice of appeal from the court of appeals’ judgment entered June 26, 2003. Upon review of the court of appeals’ decision, it appears to this court that this case involves the termination of parental rights or adoption of a minor child. It further appears to the court that appellants’ notice of appeal was not filed within 20 days of entry of the court of appeals’ judgment, as required by S.Ct.Prac. R. II(2)(A)(1)(a). Accordingly,
