This cause came on for further consideration upon appellant’s motion to stay further execution of sentence pending filing of petition for writ of certiorari in the Supreme Court of the United States. Upon consideration thereof. IT IS ORDERED by the court that said motion be, and the same is hereby, granted, effective July 9, 1990.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that if such petition is timely filed, this stay shall continue for an indefinite period pending final disposition of this cause by the Supreme Court of the United States.

This cause is pending before the court on the filing of a motion for leave to appeal from the Court of Appeals for Scioto County and as a claimed appeal as of right from said court. Upon consideration of appellant’s motion for bond pending appeal, IT IS ORDERED by the court that said motion be, and the same is hereby, granted, effective July 9, 1990, and that the bond and stay of execution set by the Fourth District Court of Appeals by entry dated June 14, 1988 continue.

This cause is pending before the court on the filing of a motion for an order directing the Court of Appeals for Franklin County to certify its record. Upon consideration of appellant’s request for an extension of time and appellee’s motion for attorney fees, IT IS ORDERED by the court that said request and motion be, and the same are hereby, denied, effective July 2, 1990.
