This cause originated in this court on the filing of a petition for a writ of habeas corpus and was considered in a manner prescribed by law. Upon consideration thereof, IT IS ORDERED by the court, effective February 8, 1991, that an alternative writ be granted to the extent that the parties are ordered to comply with the following briefing schedule: All evidence which the parties intend to present shall be filed on or before February 22, 1991. The relator shall file its brief within seven days after the completion of the presentation of evidence; the respondent shall file its brief within seven days thereafter; and relator shall file its reply brief, if any, within three days thereafter.
