Licking App. No. 03CA95, 2004-Ohio-4209. This cause is pending before the court as an appeal from the Court of Appeals for Licking County. Upon consideration of the joint motion of appellee, State of Ohio, and amicus curiae, Ohio Attorney General Jim Petro, for divided argument time for the oral argument scheduled for July 26, 2005,

IT IS ORDERED by the court that the motion be, and hereby is, granted.

Hamilton App. No. C-040259. This cause came on for further consideration of appellants’ motion for emergency relief. Upon consideration thereof, it appears to the court that the motion requests the court to waive the timeliness requirement contained in S.Ct.Prac.R. XIV(1)(C). Whereas such motions are prohibited by that provision and the motion should not have been filed,
