MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULINGS.
This cause is pending before the court on the certification of a conflict by the Court of Appeals for Hamilton County. On February 26, 2008, this court granted appellant’s motion to seal the record and pleadings, as had been done in the trial court and court of appeals, to protect the confidentiality of a settlement agreement entered into by some of the parties to this proceeding.
Upon further review of the record and briefs, the court has determined that the entire record need not be sealed to protect the confidentiality of the settlement agreement. It is therefore ordered by the court that the parties identify those portions of the record and pleadings that should remain sealed in order to maintain the confidentiality of the settlement agreement. The parties shall file a response by 4:00 p.m., on Friday, January 30, 2009. No extensions of time are permitted.

ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIONS January 28, 2009
1. An amendment to Rule 1(4) of the Rules for the Government of the Bar of Ohio has been adopted, effective February 1, 2009. The amendment creates the position of vice-chair of the Board of Bar

Examiners.
MOYER, C.J., and PFEIFER, LUNDBERG STRATTON, O’CONNOR, O’DONNELL, LANZINGER, and CUPP, JJ., concurred in adopting the amendment.

2. Amendments to the Rules of Superintendence for the Courts of Ohio (Sup. R. 10.04 and Forms 10.04-A, 10.01-G and 10.03-H), effective February 1, 2009, were published in the January 12, 2009 Ohio Official Reports advance sheet. The published version of Form 10.04-A contained a technical error.
A corrected version of Form 10.04-A has been released. The corrected version of the form will be published in the February 16, 2009 Ohio Official Reports advance sheet.
