No. 2008-0304.Supreme Court of Ohio.
January 28, 2009.
Hamilton App. No. C-070074, 2007-Ohio-7068.
MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULINGS.
This cause is pending before the court as an appeal from the Court of Appeals for Hamilton County. On February 26, 2008, this court granted appellant’s motion to seal the record and pleadings, as had been done in the trial court and court of appeals, to protect the confidentiality of a settlement agreement entered into by some of the parties to this proceeding.
Upon further review of the record and briefs, the court has determined that the entire record need not be sealed to protect the confidentiality of the settlement agreement. It is therefore ordered by the court that the parties identify those portions of the record and pleadings that should remain sealed in order to maintain the confidentiality of the settlement agreement. The parties shall file a response by 4:00 p.m., on Friday, January 30, 2009. No extensions of time are permitted.
