JOURNAL ENTRY AND OPINION
MARY J. BOYLE, J.:

{¶ 1} Jovan Hughey has filed a complaint for a writ of procedendo. Hughey seeks an order from this court that requires Judge Bridgette McCafferty to render a ruling with regard to a motion to withdraw the guilty plea filed in State v. Hughey, Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas case No. CR-488771.

{¶ 2} A review of the docket in State v. Hughey, supra, demonstrates that a ruling that denied the motion to withdraw the guilty plea was journalized on June 14, 2010. Hughey’s request for a writ of procedendo is moot. State ex rel. Jerninghan v. Cuyahoga Cty. Court of Common Pleas, 74 Ohio St.3d 278,
