This cause came on for further consideration of the motion of the Ohio Democratic Party for leave to intervene as a respondent, the supplemental memorandum of the Ohio Democratic Party in support of the motion to intervene and for clarification and/or modification of writ of mandamus, and the motion of the Ohio Democratic Party for expedited consideration. Upon consideration thereof,
IT IS ORDERED by the court that the motions be, and hereby are, granted.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED by the court, sua sponte, that this court’s November 1, 2004, entry and order is modified such that the Secretary of State is required to accept the intervening respondent’s amended challenger list, designating challengers by precinct. All other aspects of the November 1, 2004, entry and order remain in effect.
