On motion to dismiss the appeal as improvidently allowed, or in the alternative, to summarily affirm or to vacate briefing stay and receive briefs, motion to dismiss denied in part. On motions to reverse and reinstate appellee’s conviction, and to reverse and remand with instructions to dismiss the appeals, motion denied. Briefing stay vacated. The clerk shall issue an order for the transmittal of the record from the Court of Appeals for Coshocton County, and the parties shall brief this case in accordance with the Rules of Practice of the Supreme Court of Ohio.
